After growing up and attending college in the Midwest, in
1981 I decided to make the move "home" in Arizona not
knowing what the future held... Four years later I was in a
motorcycle accident leaving me paralyzed from the
mid-chest area down. My life reads much like a soap opera
with everything from triumph to tribute and everything
in-between. After 25+ years without going too crazy, feel free
to read on! Life boils down to having terrific friends, a
wonderful family and so much more... You can make
whatever you want with your life and I like getting the most
out of mine.

Since early 2010 I've been working out to lose weight while
putting on more muscle mass. Something that's been a
dream is becoming a reality slowly but surely and it's been
GREAT! Supplements may turn me into "Super Quad!"
with continued workout as who know what tomorrow may
bring but I feel GREAT! All I can say is; "Try It, I Think
You'll Love It!" Click here for more info...
I FEEL LIFE IS WHAT YOU
MAKE OF IT AND YOU
CAN EITHER DIG
YOURSELF A HOLE AND
JUMP IN OR YOU CAN
THROW ALL YOUR OLD
BAGGAGE INTO IT AND
STAND (OR SIT) UPON
THE LEFT OVER SOIL
AND BE HEARD...

AS I KNOW WELL, LIFE IS
WAY TOO SHORT AS IT
IS, SO LIVE EACH DAY TO
THE FULLEST AS YOU
NEVER KNOW WHEN IT
MIGHT BE YOUR LAST...
WHAT MAKES ME TICK:
I feel what helped me out more than
anything after my accident was having the
awesome family that I do. Throughout my
life, being raised by loving parents who
unlike now days, believed in using a paddle
if I had it coming! I knew it was going to hurt
and the tears would start much prior to
bending over...the spanking was most likely
the least painful part! Thank God for
wonderful parents who loved me dearly.
What ever happened to the days of having
"real parenting skills", when you could
spank a child and get away with it? Those
type of days need to return no matter how
much it hurts...
Where do I start; could it be the firecracker
that was put in my back pocket and lit,
getting my head run over with a snow sled
ridden by my elemtry school friend Richard
Nixon, having my face nearly removed by a
St. Bernard at age 14, or was it when I had a
motorcycle accident back in 1985 or to top
them all off...the list continues! But hopefully
it will come to an end without anything
taking my life! I'm just glad I can look back at
everything and laugh until I bust my gut but
then again, whoever said that I was "normal"
because my life has been anything but
normal but I'll let you be the judge so feel
free to read on...
No matter what life throw's at you, if
constantly look into the rearview mirror and
wish things were different or think if you
hadn't done something that might've
changed your life... There's no way to turn
back time and change things but instead,
look forward to the future and do the most
with what you have because life's way too
short to dwell on the past. I feel "life"
happens for a reason and whether it's good,
bad or indifferent -- make the best of
whatever your future might bring, be the
best person you can and last but not least;
treat others the way
you want to be treated
and make the best out of life because you
never know when your last day might be...
